TROY MOCHORUK
Mr. Mochoruk has been the President of the Corporation since February 26, 2007 and also acts as the Corporate Secretary of the Corporation. Mr. Mochoruk brings many years of corporate finance experience to the Corporation. Mr. Mochoruk was the President of Imperial Investments Inc., a private equity fund specializing in cross-border transactions between Canadian and US companies, from 1994 to 2001. Imperial Investments Inc. invested in food manufacturing and distribution, light manufacturing and occasionally acted as a deal advisor. In 1997 Mochoruk spearheaded the expansion of Imperial Investments Inc. into the western United States and oversaw the opening of an office in Las Vegas, Nevada to cover the greater Rocky Mountain region. In 1999, Mr. Mochoruk was named to the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Board of Advisors. At the time of his appointment, Mr. Mochoruk was the youngest person to achieve this standing.
BILL THOMPSON
Mr. Thompson is President of Bill Thompson Realty Inc. and has been involved in the real estate business as a broker and entrepreneur for over 30 years. Prior to this Mr. Thompson worked as a banker for 6 years and earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Saskatchewan.
DEAN FRASER
Dean Fraser, P.Geo is a professional geologist/geophysicist with over 18 years of experience in mineral exploration world-wide. He has been directly involved in several discoveries and has worked on world-class projects including the Nui Phao poly-metallic skarn deposit in North Vietnam, Ixhuatan Gold Deposit, Chiapas Mexico and the Fruta del Norte Gold Project, Ecuador. Dean is also President of RDF Consulting Ltd, a geophysical contracting Company and currently sits on the board of directors of Golden Dory Resources.
